Delete your Safr data
This page explains how to delete the data associated with Safr (the period and cycle tracking app by Grow Labs LLC), whether or not you still have the app installed.
Option 1: Delete everything from inside the app
In the app, go to Settings → Delete all my data. This:
- wipes all cycle, symptom, temperature, and log data stored on your device;
- opts out of and resets anonymous product analytics;
- detaches advertising attribution;
- requests deletion of the server-side analytics records tied to your device.
Safr does not use accounts or passwords, so there is no separate account to close. Your health data lives on your device, and once deleted it cannot be recovered by us.
Option 2: Ask us by email
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Safr data". If you deleted the app already, mention roughly when you used Safr and, if you know it, the email or device you used, so we can locate any analytics records. We will confirm completion, normally within 30 days.
What we delete, and what we keep
- Deleted: pseudonymous product-analytics records tied to your device or analytics ID, and any support correspondence you ask us to remove.
- Not held by us: your cycle and health data. It is stored on your device, not on Safr servers, so deleting the app or using the in-app deletion removes it at the source.
- Kept where the law requires: limited records we are legally required to retain (for example purchase records processed by Apple or Google), which we keep only as long as required.
Subscriptions
Deleting your data does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
